§ 99.50. Cemetery fees.

(A)

The city clerk is authorized to charge a fee for each of the rights, services and permits set forth in division (B) below.

(B)

The rights, services and permits for which the city clerk shall charge a fee and the amount of the fee for each service and permit are as follows:

Remains interment right including one opening, resident .....$350.00

(2)

Remains interment right including one opening, nonresident .....700.00

(3)

Cremains interment right, including one opening, resident .....250.00

(4)

Cremains interment right, including one opening, nonresident .....400.00

(5)

Additional grave/cremains interment openings .....20.00

(6)

Monument permit - included in above costs .....0.00

(C)

The fees listed in subsections (B)(1) through (4) above may be paid in equal monthly installments not to exceed 24 in number. However a right of interment shall not be issued to any person prior to the payment of the full amount listed. Any installment payments hereunder shall be made pursuant to and governed by a contract between the city and person to whom the right of interment is to be issued.
