§ 99.110. Miscellaneous fees.

(A)

The city is authorized to charge a fee for each of the uses of city property and each of the services set forth in subsection (B) below.

(B)

The uses of city property and services for which the city shall charge a fee and the amount of the fee for each use or service are as follows:

Burn permit (a maximum of two permits will be issued per year per property owner):

Mandated annual fire inspection:
