§ 99.100. Library fees.

(A)

The city is authorized to charge a fee for each of the uses of city services set forth in subsection (B) below.

(B)

The uses of city services for which the city shall charge a fee and the amount of the fee for each service are as follows:

User fees for library services shall be those established from time to time by the Lake County Library System of which the City of Fruitland Park is a member. The current fees shall be posted in the library.
