§ 91.060. Powers of animal control officer.

  • The animal control officer shall have the right to enter upon any public property or may enter private property with the oral or written consent of owner, or proper warrant, or as otherwise provided by law within the city, for the purposes of examining or capturing any animals. The officer shall carry the appropriate official identification which identifies the officer as an agent of the city when the officer enters private property for the purposes of this section.
