§ 131.01. Interfering with, destroying property or rights of franchise holder.

(A)

No person shall interfere with the exercise of any rights or privileges granted any person, firm, or corporation in the form of a franchise within the corporate limits of the city.

(B)

No person shall destroy or injure any property belonging to the holder of any franchise rights within the corporate limits of the city.
