§ 113.07. Churches exempted from tax.

  • There is exempt any recognized church within the city limits or any church which is presently served by any utility of the city from the payment of any utility taxes and also any recognized church, as hereinabove stated, is exempt from the payment of any fees authorized under any existing laws of the city for the erection of any highway signs within the city which signs shall be solely for the purpose of the church.
