§ 99.20. Police department fees.

(A)

The police department of the city is authorized to charge a fee for each of the miscellaneous services set forth in division (B) below.

(B)

The services for which the police department of the city shall charge a fee and amount of the fee for each service are as follows:

(1)

The department shall fingerprint any individual who requested to be fingerprinted at the rate of $15.00 per fingerprint set.

(2)

The department shall charge $5.00 for each vehicle identification number verification completed at the person's request.

(3)

Subdivisions (1) and (2) notwithstanding, the department shall not charge residents of the city a fee for fingerprinting or vehicle identification number verification.
