§ 96.03. Heavily loaded vehicles on streets; liability for damages.

It shall be unlawful for any person to damage the streets by reason of running or operating upon or over any of those streets, heavily loaded vehicles of any kind. Any person damaging any street by reason of heavily loaded vehicles, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 96.99 and shall also be civilly liable for the cost of those repairs.
