§ 94.99. Penalty.

(A)

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.

(B)

Any person in violation of § 94.02 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 for each day of violation. In addition the city, by its duly authorized officials, is hereby authorized to enjoin any person from violating § 94.02
