§ 92.99. Penalty.

  • (A)

    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.

    (B)

    Any person violating § 92.01 shall be fined not more than $500.00 for each offense. The explosion of each and every single device described in § 92.01 shall be considered a separate offense.

    (C)

    Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 92.03 and convicted thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00.

    (D)

    Failure to comply with any order issued under § 92.06 shall subject the owner of the premises to a fine not to exceed $500.00 per violation. A separate violation shall exist for each day, beyond the date for correction specified by the fire safety inspector, that the violation set forth in the inspector's written notice continues. The fine imposed hereunder shall be imposed by the fire safety board.
