§ 92.09. Duties.

The fire safety board shall have the following duties:
(A)

Hear and resolve appeals to the fire safety board which challenge the decision of the building code enforcement official or the fire safety inspector;

(B)

Impose fines for violations of the fire safety code and the life safety code; and

(C)

Hear and resolve disputes between the building code enforcement official and the fire safety inspector by ruling in favor of the code which offers the greatest degree of life safety.
