§ 92.04. Fire and life safety codes adopted.

(A)

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Pamphlet 1, 1985 Edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association and as amended thereafter and hereafter is hereby adopted and ordained as the fire code for the city.

(B)

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101, Life Safety Code, 1985 Edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, and as amended thereafter and hereafter, is hereby adopted and ordained as the life safety code for the city.
