§ 80.40. Fee charge-multiple false alarms.

Commencing with the calendar month beginning October 1, 1991, and continuing with each succeeding month thereafter, the city shall charge the owner of premises where a false alarm has been activated more than two times within the month the amount of $25.00 for each false alarm in excess of two emanating from the premises during the month.
