§ 103.08. Enforcement and attorney fees/costs.

Violations of this chapter may be enforced in any combination as allowed in Chapter 35 of the Municipal Code. Violations of this chapter may be cited, reported, and considered by the city code enforcement board pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 35 of the City Code of Ordinances or by any other available means as determined by city. The owner of any property subject to this chapter shall pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by the city in enforcing the terms of this chapter on such owner's property.
