§ 101.08. Enforcement officials.

Latest version.

Law enforcement officials having jurisdiction in the area governed by this chapter are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. In addition, the city manager may also delegate enforcement responsibility for this chapter to agencies and departments of Fruitland Park government.
