§ 7. County not to have authority over city budget or millage rates.

Nothing contained in F.S. Ch. 61-2370 shall be construed to confer any jurisdiction, power, or authority in the board of county commissioners over the annual budgets of, or over the millage determined or fixed by, any municipality in the county.
