§ 33.02. Certain city officials designated to sign checks.

Latest version.

All checks for the payment of money by the city, shall be signed by one person from each of the following groups:
(A)

The city manager or the mayor of the city; and

(B)

The city clerk or the mayor pro tem of the city.
